All Consultations conducted with AXIS Global are governed by these terms and conditions.

It is assumed that any prospective client who chooses to participate in a consultation with one of our experts (telephone, video meeting, face-to-face meeting) or who requests a tailored proposal and investigative analysis of there business understands these terms and conditions as they apply to our free consultation campaign. You understand that you will be sent a proposal for our services and given the opportunity to engage our services in our next intake period, following your consultation with one of our experts. You also understand that your business name or logo may be referenced on the website, in print or digital publication as a result of contacting AXIS Global and participating in the Consultation and any responses you send via email or SMS that can be construed as a written testimonial and/or endorsement as it applies to the consultation process will be irrevocably, universally and unconditionally used for agency specific marketing, advertising and public relations purposes.

It is requested prior to any consultation taking place that the client provides a copy of their Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for the Agency or consultant to sign prior to the scheduled consultation taking place. If a client does not complete the NDA prior to the scheduled consultation taking place the Agency cannot and will not guarantee confidentiality of information shared and such shared information may be included in case studies produced by the Agency based on the information provided by the client alongside the professional recommendations made by the consultant during the consultation with your business.

If you do not wish for a case study to be prepared based on your consultation with one of our consultants or our Agency, we strongly advise that you advise your consultant before the consultation call as a fee may apply for their time to conduct consultation with you which will void the case study being prepared as part of the free consultation campaign. Alternatively you can engage our services on a paid basis which will require our Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be signed as a formality and a case study will not be prepared following your consultation.

Any reliance you place on information provided by the Agency or consultants is strictly at your own risk. A tailored proposal will be prepared for your business including recommendations focussed on your business growth goals, marketing, advertising, digital campaigns and other elements discussed in your consultation. Our consultants will use the information you provide to provide service and product recommendations from our Agency as well as our relevant Industry Partners.

In no event will the Agency, our associates or consultants be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website or by engaging our consultation services for free and the condition of a case study being prepared based on our analysis and recommendations provided to your business.
