How does this benefit you as our client?

Having up to date and current payment details on file allows us to avoid the administrative time spent creating and following up on invoices.


This enable us to offer you better value and focus our energies on working on your business instead of experiencing delays caused by clients due to administration.

What are the costs involved with your services?

Moving forward, we will action ad-hoc technical support and comparable services as required or requested by you or your staff. You may request a quote in advance at the point of initial contact.  


If you do not request a quote, we will complete work in in line with our fee schedule - contact us for more.

How will service fees and payments be calculated?

We bill by the hour and every point of contact is tracked including communication via telephone and email, discovery, testing, delivery and resolutions. We will never charge for spelling, image and content errors made by Axis Global.

When and how will I be charged for the services?

We will automatically charge your card after work is complete. Increments are 15-minutes, with a minimum billable time of 30 minutes. We require a valid debit or credit card on file to commence work on any project or campaign for clients.
